Boxcar History: Our Canadian Pacific Boxcar Train is one of a few that were built between 1896 and 1914. They roamed the railways, carrying freight all across Canada and the U.S.A. for half a century. Boxcars had a capacity of 40 tons, and carried grains to the market along with manufactured goods of all kinds. Until about the 1960’s, they began to be replaced by specialized top-load/bottom-discharge covered hopper cars.

Utopian 2 bedroom Vintage Boxcar Cottage located on Healthy Earth, Utopia Farm and Retreat, Utopia, Ontario, 1 hour N from Toronto! Totally relax and feel peace in nature with healthy air, water, farm grown food, rivers, spring fed pond, hot tub, infar red sauna and indoor natural pool on 62 acres of trails, and forests with wildlife. Chemical free and organic farm retreat. NO SMOKING ANYTHING ANYWHERE PLEASE. NO PETS PLEASE.

Experience a unique 2 bedroom box car train cottage, one bedroom with queen size bed and the other room with 2 single beds that may be used as a sitting room or a bedroom (may sleep up to 4).
Has a 3 piece bathroom, cute & equipped kitchen, (including salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, teas, butter, flour, condiments, oil, vinegar, popcorn, marshmallows, snacks, fruit) stove top (no oven) toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, wood burning fireplace, front wood deck with patio furniture, and propane BBQ, own private back yard with gardens. Overlooking our Spring Fed Pond with frogs jumping on lily pads, wood dock and kayak. Bird houses and feeders surround a flower / veg gardeners and bird lover's delight (some special species! )
Relax while overlooking beautiful gardens, gazebos, spring fed ponds, fish pond, rivers, nature trails, etc.
Drink artesian spring fed water (world known healthy water). Depending on the season we may leave you to relish precious nature gifts in your box car of the land such as our own maple nectar, veggies, fruits, or fermented healthy earth products such as Kampuchea, veggies, herbs, flowers and more....
Swim in our spring fed pond and our chemical free indoor pool, soak in our hot tub and use infrared sauna.
NOTE: Spa is in the back separate entrance in the back of the main house. Just a short walk from your box car.
This is Included with price - The spa is mostly all your to enjoy or to ensure privacy, just let us know when you would like to arrange a private time with the use in using the hot tub and indoor pool please.
Included to play with: Infrared Sauna, Kayak, Snowshoes, Trampoline, Kite, Fishing stuff, Crockett set, Bikes.
Guided Nature Wild Walk/Wild Food/ Forage Walks, etc, - extra cost - please ask info.
